Privacy notice

This notice explains what Advisory Outbound does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean sending you a Reachable Buyer Map, asking you a follow up question, or replying to tell you whether we can help. If you reply stop at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed, and then for up to 12 months in case you come back to us about the same thing. After that we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are read by the people who answer your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not follow you around the web.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to alison.holmes@advisoryoutbound.co or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page first.
